Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds

Shipping & Delivery:

We want to see delight on your face on receiving your first order from us. However you have to wait for atleast 4 days to open your parcel. Since the products are procured from the farmers in remote places and connectivity is little challenging, it will take some time for the order to get packed and then shipped to you. You can however track your order at any given time.

Cancelations, Returns & Refunds:
Aah...! We won't be happy if you would cancel any of your orders. We want you to experience the real taste of Himachal food products. However, below are our terms for cancelling and refunds.

Cancelation:

Order Placed: Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled free of charge until it is packed. 

Order Packed: After packing and before shipping, order can be cancelled by reaching out the helpdesk team at wecare@hillbasket.com. The transaction fee will be charged and balance will be refunded. Refund might take 12-15 working days to reflect in the account of mode of payment.

Order Shipped: Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation is accepted.

Returns:
The products once delivered cannot be returned back. The products being provided are directly from the farmers located in different parts of Himachal. Thus making the product reach back to them will Definitely not please them.

In case of Exchange: The products currently cannot be exchanged in general situations.

Exchange is possible only in case the order received is wrong. Please connect to helpdesk within 24hrs of delivery at wecare@hillbasket.com to initiate the exchange process.

Refunds:

The refund can be made in case the product is not delivered to you and its lost in transit or ​Product is delivered to you but the Packaging is torn or the Parcel is tampered.
